Talking about the 60’s. Bill Petersen had a staff at FSU that included:
Joe Gibbs- Multiple Super Bowls
Bill Parcells- see Above
Bobby Bowden- FSU
Don James- UDub, NC and Rose Bowls. Saban credits James for Everything.
Not a bad group there.

I had forgotten about that but had heard that before. Pretty incredible.

That 04 team was pretty shitty offensively. They couldn't settle on jmarc or Randall.

Wow what a coaching staff.

I still wonder how Jimbo would do if he took over the head coaching job at LSU.

F...your mother.

Haven’t beaten us no matter who is coaching either in Tiger stadium I 18 years. Obviously there is a little more to it than coaching troll. Orgeron and the Tigers are going to send the Aubies back to the cow pasture ....the land of Waffle House.

Iowa had a coaching staff in 1983 under Hayden Fry that included:

Bill Snyder- Kansas State HC
Barry Alvarez- Wisconsin HC
Kirk Ferentz- Iowa HC
Dan McCarney- Iowa State HC
Bob Stoops- Oklahoma HC

And future head coaches Chuck Long and Mike Stoops were on the roster.

I remember watching an Oklahoma/Kansas State game in the early Stoops years when they showed that graphic. Really impressive
