I think he's saying that here is a high concentration of douchebags per capita in and around the perimeter of the Southern methodist Campus. This research was performed by surveying males in the immediate and surrounding areas to discern the proportion of those named Chad, Brock, Trent, Brad, Blake, and Keith. The results were quite staggering.

Morris coached Texas HS football for 16 years, then went to the college ranks.

If this sounds like another college coach with current success, you would be right--Art Briles took the same path. Baylor may not be top 10 material but they're no longer the guaranteed win of the Big 12 either.
