This happened to us in week 1, then we realized the guy the team rallied around was awful. In week 2 we went back to Fitz and the team rallied around him because, shocker, it isn't fun losing to South Alabama.
I'm not saying Etling isn't the guy, but you don't win games on leadership alone. He's going to need to figure out how to pass, at least with Harris you have a dual threat.

Happened almost a decade ago with a different OC and a different QB coach. Not sure they are relevant today.

This is a fair point and only reinforces the fact that Miles has no idea how to develop a QB and needs to go, regardless of the outcome of this season.
