Look, I see your passion dude, but it may be misplaced. I lived through the Eddie and Nolan years running the Hogs and it was pretty heady times. However, winning a game is not a season. UK basketball is like Alabama football. Every game is the Super Bowl for the other team so the single win just matters more. Not denying Hogs beating Cats, just saying when the Hogs get back to discussing NCAA banners instead of individual games is when you will really know the Hogs have come back to life.

it's always fun to beat ky b/c they are generally really good. however, it's not really that unusual for us to beat them so it doesn't make the season at all imo.
this season for sure we have one goal and that's to make the dance, mike's job may very well depend on it. we should have been good enough last season (i'm not arguing us not being invited, but we had the talent is what i mean) so there is absolutely no excuse not to get in it this season.
i think this thread is way over the top personally- it's like us getting excited over beating shite state at the beginning of last season. i've sworn myself to remain skeptical all season and not give in to the early season oohs and ahhhs.
