Two quotes that will be uttered shortly after this opens:
"That rail wasn't nearly tall enough."
"This is why we can't have nice things."

FIFY
But this
quote:
"This is why we can't have nice things."
Might as well be inscribed above the lobby doors

NO WAY ONLY A FEW BLOCKS FROM THE BARS
The ENTIRE Arkansas campus is half a block from the bars

Same with Fayetteville. Campus ends, 100 feet later, hello bars.

Yeah. The concept is awesome, but the student population will drastically drop after this is finished. (pun intended)

With more housing coming.
I would love to be able to walk 25 yards from campus and any bar on Dickson Street. What an awesome setup for the new kids hitting the Hill.

Live fast, die young, leave a good corpse behind. Know what I'm sayin' brother?

That's a nice place and all, but there's something to be said about coking up and long dicking "daddy's little girl" in the back of an 86 Chevy Celebrity in the Oconee Street Graveyard, the old fashioned way.

The virgin in the bottom left hand corner of the last picture makes me laugh.

UGA was chartered in 1785, over a hundred years before cars were invented. The town and the university have always been "one" in a way.

Being a virgin in Athens must be the loneliest existence known to man.
A virgin in Fayetteville? Probably safer that way.

if you are over the age of 18 and have not played hide the salami within the Athens city limits... Well, you're missing out. I can tell you that much.

Simply trying to navigate your way through the crowds of Downtown you're eventually going to rub up against a Gainesville State girl or a KD and your dick is likely to just fall into the gaping chasm they call a vagina. The only way to remain a virgin is to either go out enveloped in a plastic bubble or just avoid downtown all together.
