You know, I'm just thinking about the State of Sport, where spraying deer extract is considered a viable course. ESPN is starting to get in on it (after UK/OM game). Did a google...PGA, MLB, NFL, etc. Jeez.

People who claim that hunting is a sport have been right all along.

According to the Baltimore Sun, the deer-antler spray Ray Lewis allegedly obtained from sports science company S.W.A.T.S. is unlikely to have contained a banned substance.

Lewis is accused of using a spray that contains banned substance IGF-1, but a doctor who studies growth hormone deficiency for Johns Hopkins University says that's not possible. "It’s just simply not possible for (IGF-1) to come from a spray," Dr. Roberto Salvatori said. "If (it) were, a lot of people would be happy that they don’t need to get shots anymore." The story will likely continue to be propped up as a distraction ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl, but it's a non-issue for the soon-to-be retired Lewis.

Additionally,

Many "oral HGH" products advertise their HGH levels in nanograms. Keep in mind that the average daily injectable dose of HGH (one unit) is 333,333 nanograms, whereas the advertised amount of HGH in "oral HGH sprays" is 600 to 2000 nanograms per day. Also, without refrigeration, more than 90 percent of the HGH in an ordinary liquid solution is lost every 24 hours.

The technology for getting a molecule as large as HGH to be absorbed through the membranes of the mouth or nose is a technology potentially worth billions of dollars. No company that develops such an advanced technology is going to use it on an over-the-counter product.

So basically, the dude hyping and handing out this shite is a douche bag. He's been told to quit bugging these kids (our SEC kids) but keeps going after them.

His fitness center is in Fultondale (which is pretty much north Birmingham). I think he is about to get some advertising he doesn't want - hope he has customers pay in advance.

What a scam. There isn't enough of their magic ingredient to even test positive for using it right after you take it.

The worst thing about the story is that people were swindled into using some pseudo-scientific placebo. Mitch Ross is a slime ball. When he would come on Finebaum, he made the callers sound like intelligent, rational people.

The story includes Alabama. Most definitely the corn dogs and barners.

I haven't read all 30 pages, but I'm sure it includes a heapin' helpin' of each.

Since LSU beat Bama when illegal enhancers werent involved, and Bama won when they were involved......LSU should be crowned champion.
