The problem with polls is that the people that vote in them are too hard headed to admit when they are wrong. Instead of looking at on field performance they look at where the team was ranked the week prior and move them up and down from that point. There are not 25 teams in the country better than state. Anyone that thinks otherwise at this point in the season is too stupid to be voting in a poll. They should be ranked.

SoCar, A&M, MSU and UK should all be ranked. Not just LSU, Alabama, Auburn and Georgia.

I figure it will end up a lot like 2010. State went 8-4 in the regular season and trashed Michigan 52-14 in a bowl game. Ended up 15th, but easily could have been to 10. All four losses were to top 10 teams. Auburn, Arkansas and LSU were 1-2-3 heading into the final week of the season. Alabama finished No. 10.
State's going to end up 9-3 or 8-4 and get matched up with one of the Big 12 or Big 10 helmets and beat the shite out of them. Then State will be picked last in the league again next season. Rinse and repeat.

No it isn't, it's easy actually. LSU has progressed and done a 180. State has regressed and looks to be getting worse.
