Reading the website, I don't think they are marketing these to individual fans to haul back and forth to games. They appear to be marketing to universities and other organizations. I think the idea is to provide universities with ways to provide luxury suites for tailgating outside the stadium much the same way boxes and suits are provided inside the stadium.
Ahhhhh. Tailgating for the "Rich and Famous."

pretty much. They refer to it as VIP tailgating, which they provide and then split the revenue with the university or organization

I don't care if Pat Dye himself designed it. That place is cool and I like the food.

Agree, My wife and mom go there and hang out on the lounge chairs all day, instead of going to the normal beach areas.

They anchor boats off of it and have bands play there. really cool spot, and great idea

I like that it's basically right on the bay so you can see the boats coming in and leaving out. I've been there a couple times when we go to visit my in-laws.

Yeah it does look like a pretty cool place.

I like the OB / Gulf Shores area. It's great for when I'm visiting in-laws because it's only an hour drive from their house and can easily make it a day trip.

Surely nobody in Alabama would turn one of those into a buried bunker and kidnap a kid...

Some of my wife's relatives lived on that road, and the police wouldn't let them go home while all of that was going down. They had to stay with other friends and family in the area.

Or, we could just forget the dick swinging status symbol stuff and enjoy the company of fellow humans in a vibrant outdoor atmosphere without needing bar stools, a flat screen tv and the headache that goes with setting it all up.

The least fun tailgates I've ever been to have been the most elaborately set up.

This works because Aggies are most at home in trailers.

There's a big one of those here in Downtown Las Vegas. It's basically a small outdoor mall with little locally owned shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

It's a pretty cool idea.

That's dumb... The tailgating trailers already have this market. Shipping containers? Come one...

For real? If so, I have questions.
