94 incident?

There was a prior incident that was sealed and redacted from the permanent record (don't know which one; court record or Peyton's school record?).

The woman said that it explained the genesis of the dislike that Peyton Manning had for her.

So you're literally just posted a slam piece directed at Peyton because you're so fricking butthurt about him being one of the greatest qb's ever and making bama his little bitch back in the day.

Peyton is saban and bama's daddy, deal with it.

Oh geez, I posted an article that took traction and is a controversial subject and someone else can't handle it. Peyton Manning is a great QB but as of late he has had a lot of controversial stories circling his career including this and HGH.

If it makes you feel better to think that Peyton made "Bama his bitch" then feel free to do so.

I saw that ESPN is telling it's employees not to talk about the Peyton Manning Report. Although, other media outlets like SI and CBSSports have it on their front page.

Per Dennis and Callahan on Twitter

Patriots fans are being pissy that Deflategate was all over ESPN for months and a new report about Peyton sexually assaulting someone and ESPN tells it's employees to refrain about talking about it.

I just went to ESPN and it popped up on their news feed 3 minutes ago.

I'm sorry, I didn't think "as of late" went way back to 1995. So you've got HGH and the teabag, what other controversial stories have come out exactly?

In the last what 4 months? Peyton has has two highly visible reports to come out regarding his image. In a 4 month span, that is a lot.

It would seem so.

First of all, it's pretty clear that many of you haven't read the facts underlying this situation.

Manning didn't "moon a teammate." He stuck his arse/taint/balls in a female trainer's face after she shunned some obnoxious banter. Chalk that up to being young and immature? Sure, except.......

7 years later Manning writes a book and slanders this woman resulting in her leaving her job at Florida Southern College. She sues and wins. Okay, so he made another mistake. Forgiveness and all that, but.........

After a gag order was issued upon her winning her slander case against Manning he mentions it again 2 years later. He has to settle again for the 3rd time.

It's just more pizzas his place has to make.

But I hope this makes him decide to retire.

I can't take another season of watching him
try to throw an out route

The teabga incident has been known about since it happened. It's only getting brought up now because people are getting pissy that Peyton's going out on top and are trying to drag him down any way they can.

Kind of makes you wonder if the article would have been written if Cam had won.

It should. Manning has gotten a pass over it for years because he is white, while people still condemn Cam over a stolen laptop.

what if I don't like either one of them?

How the US treats Cam and Peyton might be due to racial bias , but doesn't make either one of them more or less douchey.

It's not the teabag thing that I find bothersome (well, yeah, I'd fricking smash his balls with a baseball bat if he did it to one of my relative) so much as the fairly well-documented -- this piece is taking from court testimony that looks overwhelmingly bad for Manning -- attempts to make her life hell afterwards. A teabagger is an a-hole. A teabagger that tries to ruin the person's life needs to have his knees broken and his bank account (since that's what he was trying to protect by slandering her to make sure he could still get fat NFL contracts) emptied out. Too many people here are making it about the author and completely ignoring the fact that the documents he's actually discussing are not his "opinion." They're sworn testimony under oath. Not a single person supported Manning's assertions with first-hand testimony. Quite a few strongly disputed everything Manning had to say about the woman. He comes across as a real scummy frickwit. That's just how it goes.

Still mad. She got $300,000 for a pair of hall of famer balls on her face. Cry me a fricking river.

Huh? I'm not mad about a damned thing. Are you 12? I mean, that's a cute way to deflect, but it's not even vaguely convincing. Several UT posters here know I don't hate UT. I'll troll, but not with any particular drive. I honestly always thought Peyton was a good guy and great QB. That doesn't make his behavior here any less repellent.

I'm just pointing out how bad it looks for Peyton. Take off your orange glasses and tell me a Bama QB with that sort of scandal, supported by court documents, witnesses, and legal victories, would strike you as anything other than a scuzz-bucket. I don't give a frick whether she was paid. I was just talking about Manning. And, no, it's not so much about the teabagging as it is about his subsequent behavior. I made that clear in my previous post. Her biggest payout was for slander/libel, not teabagging.

Peyton is a douche

but question would you publicly take his balls to your face for 300k

I mean at work everyone knows Peyton dragged his balls on your face but you got 300k

If private I think I would take balls to the face for 300k- if everyone knew I am thinking no
