In the book Meat Market, which prominently features Ed O at Ole Miss, it discusses this. It's not cheating that gets schools into trouble. It's winning bidding wars. And Ole Miss has won a lot of bidding wars dive Freeze has been there.
If anyone has not read it, I highly recommend it.
