That A&M is a historically a top 25 but not top 10 or even top 15 type program and will continue to be so. No reason to expect anything else.

Also, A&M will have to recruit better than , OUTSIDE THE TOP 10, to be a fixture in the SEC.
ETA: we return more starter than A&M off a team that curb stomped you at your place( continue to use that score with 20 seconds left to prop up your shite team. A&M went 1-2 against good SEC teams).

For South Carolina, yes. They will drop off when SOS is gone.
Florida is a very rare instance and benefited from getting SOS at a time when their state's population was booming. It is not an every day occurrence. I have already conceded that such a thing happening at A&M is possible but not likely. Less than 20%.

So, the right coach, with the right set of circumstances can change everything as long as the fan support, money, and recruiting is solid? But you only give a 20% chance to A&M? Is that what you're saying? Before 1991, Florida didn't have the population, talent, fan support to get Florida off the shitty list?

Again, finishing outside the top 10 in recruiting , ONE TIME, isn't the way to sustained success in the SEC west.

Don't know what point you are trying to make here. A&M has had top 25 recruiting even in the worst decade of football in our lifetime. Just changing conferences caused the recruiting to up-tick significantly.
