Yea but all you have to do is throw it a little higher than his nose and he is useless.

I'm pretty sure he stopped at the local daycare to get that drawing done.

So to prove HB7 can cover you post pictures of him covering a 5'11'' Florida receiver?

Take it for what it's worth, I'm sure there are plenty of images of him getting "burned" for lack of perfect coverage.

Sure, he's not the best cover corner in the country but that is only a fraction of the impact he has on the game.

His coverage skills are more than adequate when you look at what else he brings to the table, including tackles which he lead the team in last year.

I used to love the Honey Badger till Verne Lundquist said his name about 200-300 times with WoW in between each one.

He will not start in the NFL but as a college player 119 teams out of 120 would start the kid (bama being the execption)

yea.. look, so we know he is vulnerable on deep outs against tall receivers.. there arent a ton of QBs that can even make the throws that AJ was making.. it was a good gameplan to go after him in the way Bama did, but the QB has to be perfect, and he was..

hell, NFL corners have trouble covering deep outs when the ball is thrown perfectly..

you would think fans of a team that lost by 35 points or whatever with 3 star players suspended would not start threads like this

He will have a great college career, but I THINK he will be a roleplayer in the NFL. Kind of like Javier Arenas.

Since when was having a DB lead the team in tackles a good thing? If a DB is leading the team in tackles, that means QB's are throwing at him a lot and receivers are catching a lot of balls a good DB would have broken up. He's a solid player when you look at his overall game, but his glaring weakness keeps him from being elite.

He needs to improve his cover skills but he's a heckava player. Has a nose for the ball....

This, and it's the off season. After having a crazy awesome regular season that NC game took a toll on us LSU fans. It was like being on the top of a roller coaster and then that sudden drop.

That's why he's already projected to be a top 15 pick in the 2013 draft.

yeah thats exactly what that means. LSU's defense was so weak because of that.

Yea....by some kid with a bleacher report account? I have not heard a single legit NFL draft analyst or commentator predict HB7 as a 1st rounder.
