Would it trigger Barners to know that Austin Allen graded out better than Stidham?

Yeah when you watch the game it feels like he's struggling but then his rating isn't that bad. very strange

He struggle with his accuracy a good bit int the 1st quarter. He usually turns it around but most people have already made up their minds after he starts 1-7 that he had a bad game.

I feel like every game this year I hear the announcer say something like "Bentley started out 1 for eight but has since hit 12 of his last 13"

Mond is gonna grow into a really good quarterback. He looks pretty good for a freshman.

Hurts is around league average in throws 15+ yards down field

He's also the best rushing QB in the conference rivaled only by Fitzgerald and Mond which PFF does take into account. Who cares if he isn't the best pro prospect. He's a good QB, probably the best in the SEC right now.

Which is a huge improvement. He's very good throwing to backs in the flat (which matters) and he's the best running QB in the conference and probably 2nd in the country to Lamar Jackson. And, finally, he doesn't make many mistakes.

So, add all those things up, and that's a pretty good college QB. He's not Baker Mayfield but he's had a good, improved season.

Many people like crapping on Etling, but he is 5th on that throws 15+ yards down field chart. And that is with 2 to 3 true freshman on the oline.

No, he isn’t the best quarterback in the SEC. but he is a solid player on the SECs best team. Good for him.

Literally the only stat that Stidham isn't in the top 5 in is TD passes. That makes perfect sense.

Firstly, let's pretend that's all he does. Does it work? I missed the part of the rankings that states "0-5 yard passes will not be included in the calculation".

The big knock on him is that he doesn't throw it down the field a lot, or well when he does. People say that without taking into consideration the fact that he's ahead by two scores more often than probably any other qb in the country.

Generally speaking Bama isn't going to be throwing 40 yard bombs when they are up by 24, nor should they.

Not even top 3 brah. Do you honestly think that most of these guys wouldn't win a lot on Bama's team?
