i understand that but I think with NS's skill sets he would be a CEO of a fortune 500 company making 20-25 mil per year with yearly bonuses added to that. I am not speaking as a homer but there are people out there trying to duplicate the process in their business world.

BS, he could do well with a leadership role, but to think he would a fortune 500 CEO is fan talk. First of all, he can be a royal a-hole to the people around him. You can get away with it if you are already the boss, a football coach, or the owner of a company. If he acted in that manner early in his career, it would have been derailed in an other profession besides football. I have heard people say he would make a great general, the problem is you do not start as the rank of general.

None of this has anything to do with what state you live in. See Saban and Miles for reference. If Freeze or Mullen won a title they'd be at 5M as well.

Wat?
right? 1M in SC gets you a wonderful lifestyle on a beautiful beach. I'd rather live in Charleston than anywhere in TX. Plus cost of living clearly favors SC.

We expect to see some dividends this season and next. We're obviously not going to just flip a switch at Kentucky and get this thing back in track where Brooks had it. But we're also not going to take cheap shortcuts like Tennessee to do it either.
Stoops is probably overpaid as he has not advanced the team

Yes, but 20-30 year old assholes usually get their legs swiped under them before they are in a higher position. Maybe he would have a different attitude if he was in a business environment, but I doubt it. Fortune 500 CEOs are not football coaches and vise versa.

You've clearly never been to the panhandle or west Texas if you believe that.

Almost as retarded as hiring Muschamp as your HC so soon after he tanked at Florida.

Sumlin is way overpaid.
Malzahn is a little less overpaid than Sumlin.
McElwain is a little underpaid.

when you are making in excess of 1M the cost of living is immaterial.
