The SEC is no better than the other conferences this year. All 4 of the "playoff" teams could win it all. I think clemson and OU are at least as good as bama. MSU is the weakest. Bama has the advantage in coaching.
If the SEC wins 7 bowl games it will be a great showing that might prove me wrong.

I think that is a cop out. Bowls are a very good indicator or conference strength. No team comes to their bowl game to play an exhibition.

Thank you bro. In 1992 the SEC was undefeated in bowl games leading up to the Bama Miami Sugar Bowl. I had a hunch and bet 100 on Bama to cover. First bet I ever made.
As far as this year, I think the SEC has something to prove and will do well. Coaching changes are a negative. But 7-4 with the NC will shut Joey Galloway up.

I was there in New Orleans. I won't forget that anytime soon. Bama D will control MSU. Really not worried about winning that game. However, the physicality of that game is a concern with a Clemson or OK up next. Wish it was the otherway around.

There will be 11 games. Bama beats MSU. I predicted a Bama NC , so that has to include the ONE extra. 10 plus one = eleven. Spinal Tap is a classic BTW!

I know, its a game played by 20 year olds. I think Bama could handle Ohio State pretty well too. Bama's D can have a breakdown every now and then, but they can turn it up a notch like nobody else. I don't see MSU doing much against Bama. 17 points max.

I think it will be 10 or fewe offensive points. Bama is going to beat MSU badly.
I actually think OU is going to be steam rolled by Clemson. Clemson is the better team IMO.
No idea what clemson and bama looks like.
