Updating from last week: LINK

Teams are ordered within each tier. The lines are starting to blur between B-C and C-D, but this is where I feel the drop offs are at this point in the season.

Saban Tier
Alabama - 7-0 - All opponents currently unranked in AP - No Losses

A Tier
Georgia - 7-0 - Beat Notre Dame 20-19 - No Losses

B Tier
Auburn - 5-2 - Beat Mississippi State 49-10 - Lost to Clemson 6-14 and LSU 23-27
Texas A&M - 5-2 - Beat Florida 19-17 - Lost to UCLA 44-45 and Alabama 19-27
LSU - 5-2 - Beat Auburn 27-23 - Lost to Mississippi State 7-37 and Troy 21-24

C Tier
Kentucky - 5-1 - Beat South Carolina 23-13 - Lost to Florida 27-28
Mississippi State 4-2 - Beat LSU 37-7 - Lost to UGA 3-31 and Auburn 10-49
South Carolina - 5-2 - Beat NC State 35-28 - Lost to A&M 17-24 and Kentucky 13-23
Florida - 3-3 - Beat Kentucky 28-27 - Lost to LSU 16-17 and A&M 17-19

D Tier
Tennessee - 3-3 - Beat Georgia Tech 42-41 - Lost to Florida 20-26 and South Carolina 9-15
Ole Miss - 3-3 - Beat Vanderbilt 57-35 - Lost to Cal 16-27 and Auburn 23-44
Vanderbilt - 3-4 - Beat Kansas State 14-7 - Lost to Florida 24-38 and Ole Miss 35-57
Arkansas - 2-4 - Beat New Mexico State 42-24 - Lost to South Carolina 22-48 and A&M 43-50

Z Tier
Missouri - THIS IS A TURNAROUND! IT TAKES TIME!

Nice rankings and resume wrap ups imo... but Coach Saban would tell the players that your top tier is rat poison.

I'd probably move Kentucky up a tier.
Not sure whether your inner-tier rankings are listed in order; if so, I'm not sold on Auburn as the third best team in the league.

The poll voters are sold on it. I think Auburn has a better resume than LSU or A&M. Kentucky could go either way, but I see a bigger gap between Kentucky and B teams than I do between Kentucky and C teams. Florida could also be placed in D, but same reason. I thought about putting Florida in D and just merging C and D, but I think there is a decent gap between the groups.

I know.
I just don't get it.
But it's a moot point; the season still sets up for a few great SEC showdowns that should settle any debate.

Enough to get them into the bottom of B tier, yeah. They won last weekend in the Swamp too. LSU is turning around and is rightfully top 5 in the conference. Even with a loss to Troy. A hilarious loss to Troy

While Kelley played fairly well given the circumstances our team has gotten worse with each week. I would not surprised if we lost to Missouri this season.

Troy loss is like a monstrous wart on an otherwise hot chick's face.

The other loss is easily forgiven.

30 points to MSU is a pretty bad loss

Agreed, now that we know MSU isn't worth shite this year.

The one silver lining is that we've seen LSU get punched in the mouth early twice this year: once at MSU and once against AU.

Against MSU, LSU didn't even attempt to punch back. We just sat in a corner with our tails tucked. Against AU, this team showed fight, and punched back pretty resoundingly.

I hope this means LSU has a lot of fight left in them. I really think those Freshman had no idea what hit them at MSU, and just didn't know how to respond.

AU should be in tier C, but rest looks good.

Top and Bottom are correct. The middle should really just be one big group as that group is where each of those teams best wins and worst losses comes from sans Troy and UCLA.

So, if you best 2 C's and a D by 9 pts total in regulation, you earn a B tier? Neat.

A&M has won the last 3/4 conference games and held Bama to 1 score. Pretty hard to argue we don't belong in at least top 5 of the conference.
