If you’re in the South and May is booked, you’re going straight to September.

Well there's plenty of time from late December until late August. It doesn't have to be straight to September. Yeah, you can't plan some big outdoor reception in the deep south in July or August, but that sure beats having it on a football weekend.

You can do it right and still get married

Agreed. We actually moved our wedding up to 5:30pm, so everyone could see kickoff at 6pm. We had a steady mix of Dawg and Carolina fans at the wedding. I was pissed that I had to do pictures until 7:30, but my buddies were updating me on the score. My wife is a Tennessee Volunteer so she was rather annoyed.

Side note...once the schedule was released, I was dumb enough to text her and my future mother-in-law about changing the date. Luckily she was on the west coast when I sent that text, otherwise I might be single.

Not if it’s an outdoor wedding. When we (she) found the venue we wanted, we had 2 dates, September 19th or October 31st. Halloween is Florida week, so that was off the table immediately. In the past UGA usually plays a shite team week 3. I did my research, Troy, Coastal Carolina, Florida Atlantic, North Texas were the last week 3 opponents for the Dawgs. Then the SEC had to frick things up

Does anyone know when the 2016 SEC schedule is set to be announced?

Just be honest.. You're asking for an A&M fan aren't you ?
