i know you see the world threw LSU colored glasses, but I'm gonna break it down for you. As far as the inexperience at QB for Alabama, they have recruited in a five year stretch better than any team in my life time. The talent on that team is so good that you could be their QB and they could win 8 games. I love LSU, I am all LSU, but the truth hurts sometimes. Alabama is going to be very good even with average QB play.
Sonic boom
So many tards take realism as negativity.

Everything applies to all sec teams except the gumps.

It seems as if the anchors/hosts/commentators are still trying to get their rhythm. The network is new and everyone is trying to find their niche, IMO. They should become more polished as they become more comfortable.
With that said, Finebaum is not who I'd like to see as the face of the SECN.

When I first got my XM Radio I was thrilled to find this radio program that emphases SEC sports. It was only a couple of days until I discovered this was not SEC but a Bama program. I refuse to listen to him on the radio and certainly will not watch his show.

Just wait till Bama sucks and you all will probably enjoy the show a ton. He doesn't favor Bama, he just pushes the best team or teams constantly, I guess the national thing launched while Alabama was riding a good streak.
I only listen occasionally during the season, offseason is unbearable.

All this is true. He's no more an Alabama homer than any of them....he's the ultimate dickrider. If you'd listened to him during the Shula years, you would have thought that he was raised on Toomer's Corner. The guy, and his minions probably are Jerry Springer fans, too.

Friends on the West Coast are calling me to say that PF's show, his callers primarily, are being mocked & ridiculed up & down the coast. The sterotype of SEC football fans as ignorant southern trailer trash is now the "brand" of the SEC thanks to ESPN & PF.

It's kind of weird how some people were expecting this to be some more palatable version of ESPN. It's ESPN.

There aren't really any major sporting activities going on right now. When school starts back up and several athletic teams actually start competing, the content will likely be different.

They are acting as if alabama's lack of a known quantity at qb doesnt matter. However, recent history tells us that it has not mattered up till now. Maybe it will this year but up until this year, alabama and to a lesser extent lsu have been unfazed by who they have at qb. Alabama has won 12 games or more with 3 different qbs since 2008. You cant really argue with that.

frick that. Kentucky fans don't even want to see their old football games.
Are you still sore about this game?

As crazy as this sounds, espn and the sec may have played a big part in bama hiring Kiffin in order to pull in the west coast audience.
yeah...that sounds pretty fricking crazy....and borderline retarded

This worm of a man on the left should not be allowed to be the face of a sports network:
He might be the most unathletic looking nerd since John Clayton, but with much less knowledge. I wonder if he's ever played a contact sport? I doubt he even has friends. He is a shock jock like Skip Bayless and those types of sports analysts should be brought out to pasture.

We won the national title that year. Who gives a shite about that game?

The network is pretty much a joke. Like others said, besides live sports and previews each team, i will not watch that network. ESPN is still my home channel

Exactly. This why Finebaum and his call in show must go!
We don't want that alien looking Jerry Springer clone as the face of the SEC!

Not watching it unless it is an LSU game on.
Personally, I like having an SEC centric Sportscenter and SEC Storied may as well be SEC centric 30 for 30.
I imagine that the PF show's length will gradually decrease over time as they develop more original content.

His idiot callers are not made to be on a national talk show. Keep those idiots in Alabama, please.
I was hoping he would shed those clowns once he made it to TV. They are just stupid and offensive.
