I just want to see JB Holmes make the cut. Dude has been through it on the Tour.
JB Holmes' story is not discussed near enough.
Dude had a BRAIN DISORDER/DISEASE that required surgery.
He almost had to learn how to play the game again from the beginning. he could only hit it 230 for a year.
Incredible that he came back and started winning again.
Unbelievable story.

I'm not sure if Camilo Villegas or Matt Every are playing the Masters this year or not. They did last year.

I don't think it's an excuse. There are reports of him stealing a watch, golf equipment, $400 in cash from team mates. There are also reports of him, both at UGA and Augusta ST, of him cheating on the course. I don't think any of those are excuses but rather just cause for showing him the door. And I realize his arrest wasn't THE reason, but it was one more thing, added to the list, of reasons he was pushed out.

I know Villegas isn't. On a side note, whatever happened to Chris Dimarco. Dude was one of the top players in the world in the mid 2000s and just completely fell off the map.

He hurt himself skiing in 2006 and was in lots of pain through 2010 (back). He also developed foot problems trying to compensate.
He's also 47 now and never really enjoyed practicing.
There's your map drop off.

You're missing David Lingmerth. I'm almost positive I listed everyone on the 1st page.

I am pretty close with a guy who was, without giving him away, very close to that class at UGA in the golf program. He's the most mild mannered, nice, laid back guy ever. He spits hot f'in fire about Patrick Reed.

gotcha. Caddied along side Dimarco in the 2002 FedEx St Jude Pro-Am. Dude definitely talked plenty of shite about college football Every one of his irons had a laser etched gator on the heel of the club

They all do. The team sat me down when they first started having issues with him, trying to get a feel for what kind of guy he was. He was a cocky prick from the get go, asking Swafford why he was on the range if he had 36 putts the weekend before (on a visit). It's shite like that that irks people about PR, truth is, his dad never let him learn how to make friends. Kind of sad, actually.

Yea, kind of sad.
What is incredible is that he had ALL of those problems, bounced around, etc...........and even with all that he has 20 Top 10 finishes, is ranked 10th in the World and has made almost $12M in roughly 5 full seasons.
So much talent.
