I usually wear a VOLS golf polo and khaki shorts to games when the weather is warm. VOLS windbreaker and either khaki pants or blue jeans when it's chilly.
I wouldn't get caught dead wearing a jersey or overalls.

This is the basic uniform for tons of men at games and yes, it's common enough to where you might be able to convince someone it's an actual uniform. The variant is a button down shirt and khakis.
