Well, Texas A&M did beat their division champion/national champion in their first season while you guys failed to beat the division runner up in your three years in the division.
That's cute. I'd rather win my division than beat the winner of my division (or the runner up).

Worst teams to make the SEC championship game:
Mizzou-2014- Won east by default
USCe-2010- See Mizzou 2014
Tennessee-2007- OK record but bad bad losses.
Bama-1999- Team lost to La Tech, not SEC champ worthy
AU/Arky- tie- 2000 AU- won west because it was sooo down
Arky 2002- won west because Bama was ineligible. Had been beaten by Bama 32-12 earlier in season.

Ole Miss's problem is they play in a division with Alabama, LSU, and Auburn, three programs that have traditionally been much better than them.
The odds of Ole Miss having a good team at the same all three of those programs are down simultaneously is tough.
I mean historically Alabama has been a juggernaut and what happened when they spent about 10 years down, well LSU and Auburn were dominating the division.
Unlike Vandy or Kentucky, which I can easily see never making it ever, it will eventually happen for Ole Miss.

No way the worst team ever was by far 1995 Arkansas by a mile. Look up their record and results. That was also the year they beat Alabama on a last second 4th and goal TD pass that was an obvious trap on replay, but hey, 95 was long before instant replay. Their worst loss was also WAY worse than Bama's loss to La Tech in 99.
Alabama went 7-1 in the SEC in 99 and then won the championship game via blowout, hard to argue they were bad in anyway, the game against La Tech was the fluke, not the other 10 wins. I mean they were #4 in the BCS rankings at the end of the regular season.

BTW, the "shite" program that is Ole Miss would have played in the SEC title game last year if they were in the EAST. But so would have any other SEC WEST team.
No, they wouldn't have. Stop trying to polish this Ole Miss turd. YOUR PROGRAM IS shite, IT'S ALWAYS BEEN shite, AND WILL ALWAYS BE shite.

These Rebals are getting a little too big for their confederate britches and someone has to put them in their place.

Why does Old Piss have a "Walk of Champions?" Their only championship since JFK was President was in men's tennis.
Oxfart, Mississippi is an Indian word meaning, "no road to Atlanta from here."

9-5 (Unranked )
So what I'm taking away from your post is that 2014 Mizzou is the best "worst" team to ever make the SEC Championship game.
