I'm originally from Batesville. Many of the Jackson kids in my frat were douchebags, so that gave me a bad taste for Jackson while in school, but now that I live here, it isn't so bad

A few of them were cool and are good friends, some of them can were just fricking unbearable 
Either way, I hung out with the kids I wanted to and never had to associate with the turrible ones

Been a while since I've been to Jack town. Guess the last time I went was in high school, we took a field trip to the state crime lab. They even opened the door to the area where they kept dead bodies.

If I was going to live in AL, I would try to live in Mobile. Have always liked that area for some reason.

I love the Gulf Shores area too. Don't think I could live in the Birmingham area.

The burbs aren't too bad. The area around the Barber Motorsports Park in Leeds is pretty nice.
