Howland needs one more year. Next year will be better but next year is part two of the foundation of getting a new class and experience.
I say this because his first year was full of Rick Ray SR's who were not here this last year. It's like he litterally started over this year. Now he has his players incoming to develope as both players and team chemistry. Will be fun to watch.

Next year is the make or break it year for Howland. Granted we won't have any seniors. If he doesn't have us competing by year 4 he should be out.
