Now, this is the poster and posts I look forward to. If Chicken had best poster award on this site...Hawgeye, you would get my nomination.

All three seems unlikely.

My thought entering the final weekend and SEC tourney....
IF Florida takes 2/3...Florida and UK are national seeds
IF Florida sweeps UK...Florida is national seed
IF UK takes 2/3...UK and Florida are national seeds
IF UK sweeps Florida...UK is national seed
IF LSU sweeps State and wins SECt...LSU is national seed
IF LSU takes 2/3 and loses in SECt...LSU is not a national seed
IF LSU loses series to State...LSU is not a national seed
I think 2 national seeds is the max for the SEC. 3 is sort of out there. I think the ACC gets three and they're the only league that will have a shot at 3.

I'm hoping that Ole Miss possibly ends up in the UofL regional. Could be a fun week for the Belle household if it did.

I would think if LSU could pull off a sweep of State and UK takes 2/3 against UF in which LSU would be out right SEC reg. season champs and they could win at least 2 games in the tourney I would think LSU would get a national seed.

This has been a great season for SEC baseball.
Really looking forward to see what happens this final regular season weekend.

I don't think that is a for sure thing at this point. Definitely don't see the league getting three national seeds though.

Who do you have from the ACC for national seeds?
Posted on 5/18/17 at 7:48 am to Bayoubengal1788
UNC and Louisville for sure. Then, depending on how Clemson or Wake finishes with their league tourney could give them 3. Clemson has lost its last couple of ACC series, so they're struggling. Wake could end up 20-10 in ACC play after this weekend, which is deserving considering the ACC is rated #1 in RPI this season. Wakes issue is that they're only 8-8 vs. top 50 RPI teams.
So we will see.

That's why I think the SEC gets 3. Clemson not only lost there last 2 ACC series they were swept. LSU hasn't been swept all season not to mention they have 18 wins vs rpi top 50. But there is still a lot of ball to be played if LSU and Kentucky take care of business I think they both have a great shot to be national seeds.

If Alabama sweeps Vanderbilt they probably get left out of the NCAAT unless they win Hoover or make a big-time run.

UGA needs to win 1 and hope UT loses at least 1 for us to make it to Hoover or UGA needs to win 2
Those 2 canceled games are big for UT making the SEC tournament
