Deductive reasoning is implicating LSU, you should ask yourself why.

Why would LSU offer 600K for a TE?

It's not like we have a long track record for such things Dale.

Someone doesn't understand the meaning of "weak". If there is any truth to it (and I'm not saying there is) only LSU is suspect.

Ok man.

Did I say you did?

Do you not see any other advantages for the story to be out there where LSU "offered 600K for a TE" even if its nothing more than a unsubstantiated rumor?

I mean Craig James thought he could run for public office after killing those 5 hookers while at SMU and that didn't have any affect on his campaign, because no one cared that 5 hookers died at the hands of Craig James while at SMU.

Anyone remotely close to the LSU program would have to be seriously mentally imbalanced to offer that kind of money to anyone with the kind of recruits LSU is pulling.

So a WR that dislocates his patella in Sept of 2012 and is out for 8 weeks, then commits to A&M in Dec, and signs with them...was offered $600k?

Yep.

It's beyond absurd.

Do recruits get hooked up under the table? No doubt.

But come on. Cam was worth 180K. Who the frick triples that for a TE?

If Cecil solicited Moo U for money, he obviously got money from AU....the same applies here doesn't it?

No. He says he was offered. Cecil was requesting. Huge difference

We understand you wish for RSJ to play a position where his impact will be felt less.

But friend, it is merely a wish.

Yeah, I'm calling BS on this story. Someone is exaggerating. Kids get under the table benefits, but RJS 600K? No f'king way.

I agree...maybe if he was the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ as a football player then MAYBE 600k...but some random receiver who wasn't even recruiting by a lot of top programs....this has all the makings of bullshite.
