u realize LSU could only lure 40,000 people to the game despite the whole charity angle? not sure the conference loves you quite as much as you think.

truth be told, don't think it would be hard to convince majority of SEC programs to drop SC for another team, if it would boast the conference finanicallly. ;)

these days, confernences only care about the $$$$$, not historical rivalries, etc.

You do realize the venue was changed at the last minute, right?

And if they dropped us, they wouldn't pick y'all up. Most of them hate y'all as much as we do.

clem never asked to go to SEC, being in ACC helps us recruit the northern states. have a billboard in Times Square in NYC right now.

Clemson going to SEC would make it too stacked. it would kill college football to have a stacked conference that gets 3 or 4 of the playoff berths every year, turn a national sport into a southeastern sport.
