SCe fans: Should Spurrier stay or go?

I love Spurrier and what he did for UF, but I think SCe is going in the wrong direction. It has gotten out of hand quickly at Carolina. What do you guys want as fans?

Meh, I never liked it when he went to SoCar, but now I am indifferent. I think he has been there longer than UF or about the same iirc.

Time to go from Crescent Moon to Crescent Beach and call it a day.

His time here I believe is done, I just don't see anyway after this year when we go 3-9/4-8 he will want to restart everything back from scratch coaching wise. All but 2 coordinators contracts run out after this season. Tanner didn't renew them when Spurrier asked last season.

It's time. You're right, we are going in the wrong direction and it will only get worse. We don't have a lot of talent and are not recruiting well. Unfortunately, Spurrier replaced good assistant coaches with inadequate ones which is the main cause of the decline.
I'm thankful for Spurrier and what he did to elevate our program, but it's time for him to go.

fricking GOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
He was the one that drilled into our heads that it was NOT ok to accept mediocre teams...and now HE is the one accepting mediocre teams.
It's been real and it's been fun, Spurs. But get the hell outta Cola.

I fall for women crying. My ex used that crap constantly

If you see me cry, somebody died. For reals. I do not cry...don't let anybody see me cry. I just show my arse. Much more fun that way and it relieves the stress so much better. Break shite. Damn, now I have that song stuck in my head.

Give the man a college football analyst job. Then get ready for the best one liners ever.

Tanner won't outright fire him. He'll be strongly encouraged to retire.
But clean house. All of 'em. Start from scratch. And kick that little bitch Blackshear to the curb while we're at it. Attention whore little unappreciative thug arse SOB.

It really depends on what's going on in his head to be honest. Everybody's calling for him to retire now, but if he managed to bring us back to bring a winning program in 2-3 years then everybody would jump right back on the bandwagon. Everybody loves you until the rebuilding years come in, then they abandon you.
Right now, I say that if he still has true passion for the game and still wants to build us up to become something great, then I'd be willing to have him around for a little longer. If not, if he's more concerned with when he's going to retire rather than where we're going as a team, then I think he should hang the visor up now. It depends on him.

The HBC already spends probably 40% of his free time on the links as it is, and I see that jumping to 80% when he hangs up the headset. Spurrier is too fricking cool to be on TV.

That's going to be a tough decision IMO. I'd be surprised if Spurrier is willing to just walk away. I don't see Tanner firing him either.

He'd be a phenomenal analyst. Esp if he has free rein to say what he really thinks.

I would pay $30 a month for a one hour, twice-a-week HBO sports show hosted by Spurrier.

This is what I question the most with him presently. He shows no emotion in comparison to what he was like just 2 years ago. It's just like he's given up. His pressers have no fire, no ire, no typical Spurrier...it just seems like he's okay with the status quo.
