Joey Galloway and Danny Kannel are the 2 head pimps of the Bama Player Haters' Ball.

You must be referring to Joey Galloway. Phil Savage has said on several occasions that JG has a strong bias against Alabama. He should know, they a do a show together.
Alabama kicked his arse in a bowl game while he was a tOSU....hated them since that.

You mean once the QB handed the ball to the RB, the safety ran toward him? What is this sorcery defense that Saban employs?

Bama didn't stack the box, but they did crash a safety down into the box after the snap on almost every play.

Honestly, why do you guys think the Bama safeties made so many plays at the LOS?
you mean the safeties read the play and reacted like they should? That's pretty unfair of them

I said at the snap, not once it was handed off. Bama had one safety crashing down to fill gaps on most of the plays, whether is was a run or not.

7 in the box isn't stacking the box.

Bama runs a nickel with safety help in the box

Read my post below.

It's pretty simple, actually. Bama did 2 things consistently that caused LSU to get dominated on the Oline:

1. The stunted the DT to the strong side often.

2. They disguised which safety was committed to the run by having them play deep, until the ball was snapped.

It was a great scheme and it worked to perfection. You guys can keep crowing about "not stacking the box", but the fact is Bama committed 8 to stopping the run for most of the night. The coaches just did it in a way that kept LSU thinking they had the numbers advantage.

I never said they stacked the box. That doesn't mean the didn't commit 8 to stopping the run.

Stacking the box is pre-snap.

I dont get this thread.

I mean about 85% of LSU fans left that game knowing we got a shite pushed in.

It doesn't matter if they stacked the box or not, Les Miles was not going to change what he wanted to do.

I know what you said, and what you meant. I was just making a funny. But, I don't think that's considered selling out to stop the run or stacking the box.

Bama was well versed in what LSU was going to do. LSU does not have a deep threat and the safeties were allowed to do their thing.

Honestly, the media is making more of a deal of it than LSU fans.

I dont think people realized how good Bama's front 7 is.

Even though we scored, LF7 had no chance.

I know it counts as a horrible game for him, but he had no where to run.

It isn't stacking, which is what I originally said. The safeties were getting to the LOS ridiculously fast. If they weren't doing it by design I'd be surprised.

Story of the night right there. Fournette gets the ball with everyone in the backfield. No OL push at all. Just a beast of a D line ending any threat quickly.

Yeah, I was saying that looks almost like a pass blocking. They didn't do that against UT for most of the game. Our formations didn't stack the box but the front 7 played for a run on most plays. They won't do that against State or Auburn.

And that friends, is why you must have a balanced offense against a great Defense. Otherwise that shite will happen.

Yes, it is by design. It is also the base defense, which I noted before. They didn't do it special for LSU.
