Of course. And that meat on the bone was had from dinner with Billy.

Billy is still a couple/three years away from making a decision on staying at UF or not. The NBA is the only threat IMO and I don't say stuff unless it has some meat on the bone.

Foley doesn't like having more than $100 million floating around at one time. So the IPF, athletic dorms, locker rooms, etc that the money is going to now, delayed the start of the O-Dome renovations. When I say athletic dorms, it is for all sports, not just football. Locker rooms are for football and basketball as well. There is more projects going on right now and throughout the summer too.

That's gotta be a slap in the face to Donovan.

He's gotta make a move at some point, he's been there a coon's age and he has to take that one last massive pay raise.

I want Billy staying in Gainesville, because if he goes to Bloomington, he would have a pool of talent in his backyard.

I agree, the pros is the next stop for him.

It's a slap in the face to get the athletic dorms and locker rooms to benefit basketball and to improve the reno plans?

The design/build guy said the reno is going further than initially planned. I think Billy will be OK with that.

Not trolling. Matt Jones of KSR mentioned this just now. He does not spew shite out unless it has legs. He mentioned a couple weeks ago Billy not happy in Gainsville.
So Billy ain't happy because some projects got shuffled around due to a new football coach trying to revive the program? Billy has a good thing going at UF, IMO he'll wait in the line for the basketball funding.

I'm not sure why Billy would go to Bloomington at this point. What he's built at Florida is better than what's going on at Indiana and probably better than peak Indiana. Florida would pay him whatever IU throws at him. It doesn't make any sense. The only explanation is it is intended to troll.

Not trolling. I think the Hog fans do a bang up job with that.

Billy D in Bloomington would hurt UK more. He would keep in state recruits that we snag from there. I do think Billy is staying in Gainsville.

You are trolling on this one. There is no objective basis to suggest that IU is looking at Donovan or that he is eyeing that job. It is just picking your biggest rival's coach and saying don't you think he might go to Indiana. Why? They haven't won a title in thirty years and their last final four is in 2002. Florida is better in every way since Donovan has been there. What evidence do you have that Donovan is interested or that IU is interested?

Let me ask the Gator fans. How old is Billy's son? Is his father still alive? Does Billy like being 2cd fiddle, is it getting old for him? I think it is fair to discuss the "what if".

If Indiana wants him they will get him. They may be willing to pay Coach Cal money that Florida won't match.

Indiana is a much bigger rival than Florida. Florida isn't really a rival--I don't know anyone who has a problem with UF or their fans.

Absolutely. What say you for replacement? We've got to make Sean Miller turn us down, right?

Yes I'm sure. Indiana is a basketball school that makes all of its revenue from basketball.

If it becomes a bidding war then Florida won't win.
