He has to. His legacy depends on it.

I don’t know who he should replace them with though. Thoughts, Bama fans?

BOB I am certain of. But idk if he will pull the trigger on Golding. I think he likes Golding and wants him to succeed. Although idk if Golding is up to the task.

His legacy and legendary status are already set

It would take a Penn State style incident to threaten it

Given our complete inability to adjust on defense I’d say that jury has long since delivered the verdict

I’m kinda with you. Some of this season is on the players. Anderson doesn’t seem as locked in as he was last year.

If you compare Anderson this year to our true freshman Harold Perkins, it really looks like Perk wants it more even though Anderson is a much more experienced player.

shite our defense is terrible!

I would call Jeremy Pruitt and pay him whatever it takes to get him back. I would also fire the OC.

C’mon man. You might say “his remaining years as a coach depend on it”.

But Saban’s legacy is set in damn stone. 7 National Titles. Im not sure how many SEC titles. Countless 1st round picks. 4 Heisman winners. Saban is the GOAT and it will take someone truly special to overcome that.

So yeah, I hope we revamp the assistant staff (especially coordinators) as much as anybody. But even if Saban has truly lost a step and Bama goes 9-3 the next 5 years, it does nothing to take away from what he’a already accomplished.

Bama's defense gave up a total of 84 points to UT and LSU. That's a problem.

I totally agree with you. But you Bama fans aren’t gonna be satisfied with 9-3 moving forward.

Especially with Brian Kelly moving forward at LSU.

I know I would hate that. Kelly is capable of the same kind of dynasty at LSU that Saban has at Bama.

I don’t think he does. He’s got one foot out the door and is trying to not rock the boat. He’s making 12 million for what’s going to soon be a mediocre product.

I really think he was thinking win this natty and retire, which is why he didn’t rock the boat. A injury to Bryce and lack of real WR threat did bama in so far.

All you young mfers don’t yet know that no matter who you are, what you do, take, prepare for etc there is one battle you are going to lose and that’s the one with Father Time.

It sucks like you can’t imagine and there isn’t shite you can really do about it.

Nick isn’t going to win that battle either
