There is zero control in the NCAA. They're a classic example of a governing body that has become too big to be effective anymore.
As far as our situation, I have two words: we'll see. We had a self-induced Letter of Intent returned a year ago with no violations. The NCAA is so volatile that it wouldn't surprise me if they have changed some sort of rule between now and then.

We knew this already, and I thought they'd already punished the University by reprimanding the NCAA compliance officer. Guess they aren't done
