They aren't unique. Mediocrity is very common in this world. They just refuse to accept it.

What I am proving with my data is that LSU is among several teams in the SEC that all recruit very well. There are 5 teams in this conference (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, and Auburn) that all recruit really, really well.

Oh, and here is 2012 Team Recruiting Rankings:

Alabama #1
Florida #3
Auburn #10
Georgia #12
LSU #18

Since 2007, Alabama has had a higher rated class 5/6 years, Florida 4/6 years, and Georgia 4/6 years, but LSU has the most talent in CFB. We don't even have the most talent in the SEC.

For the 2011 season, Alabama went into the season with the #1 recruiting class in the nation 3 out of the last 4 seasons. But...... LSU had the most talent in college football in 2011.

Again, are you always stupid?

For some reason 3 star athletes that become superstars are recipients of great coaching...except at LSU where they are genetically engineered apparently.

One: You guys are fricked with a class like that.

Two: Auburn has won a title since LSU

Three: Florida has won a title since LSU

Four: Bama has won 2 titles since LSU

Five: I guess rivals is without a doubt 100% correct on recruits. You'd have to be a fricking idiot to say the most talented team on the field this season is not LSU. Are you saying that? If you are then congrats on being a fricking moron.

Six: I did say every team except for Bama. 21-0 is proof of that. But this season, LSU is above the rest. Anything less than a national title for LSU and Miles is fricking garbage. You have no excuse this season. Weak arse schedule and your toughest road game is against a shitty razorback team, right?

So CLM did an outstanding job beating the better coach/better team at home, right?

I thought it was an awesome game. LSU D really impressed me like nothing I'd ever seen. Then Saban kept running his kicker out there. It was beautiful how he played right into the strength of LSU. Y'all got out of there with a win and you guys deserved it.

Going into this season, Alabama will have had the #1 recruiting class in the nation 4 out of the last 5 years. Florida will have had a better recruiting class than LSU 3 out of the last 5 years, and Georgia will have had a better recruiting class than LSU 3 out of the last 5 years. But, once again, Shreveport Hog says LSU has, by far, the most talent in college football and if we don't win the National Title then Les Miles is garbage.

Stupid is stupid.

So you think Bama 2012 class matters? You think UGA class 2012 matters? You think UF class 2012 matters? You think those classes matter for the 2012 season? Well they don't unless Hershel Walker or Bo Jackson in those classes. LSU has the talent, depth, and experience. UGA might actually be good but since they don't play anyone, we'll have to wait till the SEC CG to see. LSU is the most talented team in 2012. They were the 2nd most talented team in 2011. It showed.

Yes because recruits love to play for _____________. Can you please fill in the blank? We don't have a coach jackass. It is absolute must for us to get the best coach we can.

I agree Shreveport, if LSU doesn't win the national championship this year it will be a colossal failure on Miles' part.

Hell yes, they matter. At all of these schools, true freshman not only play a lot, but several start. LSU had at least 8 true freshman last year that had significant contributions to the team. I know that Bama always has true Frosh that contribute greatly to their program.

Why, because Nick Saban has recruited the #1 class in the nation 5 out of the last 6 years?

This is what I don't get. I'm optimistic that CLM, by 2020, guides the club past UGA and UT in conference championships. I'm optimistic that he'll get another BCS CG (or 2 more?). I don't know but it's a reasonable hope. I really don't care about UF or UA or whoever, these are teams that are in the way. That's not a hack on them. I would think their concern for LSU is simply being a club in their way. This isn't the mentality of HogNation. I know that's a broad stroke but I've seen Hogville and it's obsessive. Instead of making another team the super bowl, or putting down a team to lift up your own, why not set your sights higher.
