Rumors out of Oxford, that in response to a student led protest to change the State flag of Mississippi, the KKK(along with some students) held a rally on campus.

I get that we live in an age of hypersensitive pussies that find reasons to be offended, but this is why I'v been bitching for years about Ole Miss needing to break away from the IHL and raise it's admissions standards, and also that continue to distance ourselves from the Confederate imagery.

You can't both have a school that has almost non existent admissions standards, and also take pride in that imagery, it attracts the wrong students to the campus. (Because racists arnt exactly smart enough to score a 36 on the ACT, but they can sure as frick score a 16)

I'm sorry, I'm ranting, I'm an Ole Miss alumn, and every time this racial/confederate supporting shite happens it further degrades the market value of my degree. It also makes it harder for my school to recruit better athletes/students, and causes me to love my school even less. How the frick can Ole Miss ask me to send donations, when they won't take reasonable steps to ensure the wrong kind of students aren't admitted, and the environment is conducive to learnings FOR ALL STUDENTS.
