I thought of this but I think him being around Bjork could be great for him learning that part of the job.

You don't hire a WR coach to be a head coach just like you don't hire a media relations associate AD to be your AD. I'm sorry but I want my AD to have extensive fundraising experience, budgeting experience, and recent success in the sport they presided over if applicable.
