At 6:48 Rosebowl posted
Summary
May 8th, 2014: Assistant coach had impermissible visits with two recruits in Nashville, TN during the spring evaluation period. Reported directly to the NCAA by a third party. NCAA enforcement staff and University interviewed the coach.
November 1, 2014: A former OM and then NFL player had contact with a recruit during the pre-game activities prior to the Auburn game in the IPF. Pictures taken and posted on social media. Reported to the University by the SEC office.
December 2, 2014: A few out of contact period phone calls, texts and assorted issues with contact. Uncovered by University during routine phone bill review and report from assistant coach.
February 10, 2015: Some pocket dial and phone call related issues. Uncovered by University during routine phone bill review.
February 18, 2015: More accidental phone calls during non contact period. Uncovered by University during routine phone bill review.
April 27, 2015: Student athlete spent 18 days on his teammates girlfriend's couch after being evicted from his apartment. This was considered a benefit and the student athlete had to repay $270. Violation uncovered during interview with NCAA enforcement staff.
June 29, 2015: More phone and call stuff. Uncovered by University during routine phone bill review and report from assistant coach.
July 9, 2015: A student athlete was deemed a qualifier due to a clerical error by campus staff. NCAA later ruled him a non-qualifier. PSA withdrew from school and had to repay financial aid received. PSA completed coursework necessary to raise his GPA and was granted clearance on July 29th.
August 10, 2015: Student athlete received impermissible use of a vehicle. In April of 2015, SA's vehicle was vandalized. A loaner vehicle was provided by the repairing dealership and not returned until August 10th. SA asked to pay cash to charity for value of the benefit. SA also required to miss 20% of scheduled contests. Violation uncovered during interview with NCAA enforcement staff.
August 21, 2015: Clothing company "Timeless Generation" used photos of student athlete on their website and social media postings. Violation uncovered during interview with NCAA enforcement staff.
September 25, 2015: The father of a student athlete attended an alumni dinner and did not pay. SA paid $50 to charity. University uncovered violation.
November 21, 2015: Another prospect took a picture with a former player in the IPF before the LSU game. Pictures taken and posted on social media. Reported to the University by the SEC office.

So what does all of this mean? Not much other than the typical self reports that go on at just about every University in the country.
It is worth noting that a player was suspended for a loaner vehicle for 20% of the contests. Considering that Laremy Tunsil missed seven games, that must be another player.
Other than the phone calls and the alumni dinner issue, the other violations were reported by either a 3rd party, the NCAA enforcement staff or the SEC office.
Not much meat here in the self reports. It also does not appear that any of the Tunsil reinstatement documents made the trip. Those issues are expected to be mentioned in the initial notice of allegations. It is interesting that the other player's loaner vehicle issues were included. He's also a player from a city roughly three hours from Oxford and his father reportedly tried to arrange a rental car, but had some issues getting things settled due to the age of the player. The loaner car was provided by the dealership.
So no NOA and no LOI. They once again acknowledged the NOA in their response and say that once the University's answer is ready for submission that they will release the NOA and the answer for review.

In the self reports, there are three dates mentioned as dates of discovery during interviews with NCAA enforcement staff 8/10/2015, 8/12/2015 and 8/21/2015.

You guys remember, relative to the loaner issue, Tunsil was actually on the Cannon site as a new car owner (unless they depict loaner recipients) of a Charger this past summer. The pic was quickly removed.

This was more than a loaner deal.

I think everyone realizes that. People don't actually get loaner cars.

Am I correct in assuming that these were just the self reported violations?

No, most of these were uncovered by the NCAA and then revealed to compliance. The funny part is this doesn't seem to include the NOA. So it's basically whatever is in the NOA + all this other random shite.

The frequent butt-dialing incidents picked up a lot of "poot noises."

Luckily we self reported and no one was injured.

I have a fricking loaner sitting in my driveway right now. Been there for 4 goddamn weeks while the part for my Jeep apparently gets shipped from Jupiter.

Take no offense from this. A part for your jeep taking 4 weeks to get, in 2016, is the dumbest shite I've ever read. That is amazingly horrible.
