Roof Leaking at Women’s SEC Tournament

Damn SC what are the freaking building codes like when a stiff dew causes the roof to leak? ….send a baw up a ladder…. game suspended..

The ole Bi-Lo center (real OGs know) was built in the early 2000s I think.
It basically is used for concerts, monster jam, high school graduations. So they probably don't put a ton of money into up keep.
Once upon a time we had the Greenville Groove and Greenville Growl.
Last time I was there I did notice the roof had some actual holes in it. Not damage. But it almost looked like vents or something. Since it's pissing rain sideways I'm not surprised it got in.

Current situation: tornado siren followed by downpour. Stay tuned.
I don't think anyone in SC has to remind anyone in LA about wind damage - shite happens with high wind & rain.
for reference - see the Men's SECT at the Ga Dome when a tornado and rain blew panels off of it.

You obviously have not visited these locations. Greenville is a great place for tourism, the arena is walking distance to downtown, lots of food and the falls.

SEC women's (or men's) basketball has no dang reason to be playing in Greenville, SC. Take it to Irmo if they want it in SC. We have to many dang tourists as it is here, don't need or want anymore !
