He should have never set foot in his hometown again. Fell right back into that lifestyle. Such a good football player, but apparently not much else.

All time ... not even close, even in the Saban era he is behind Hightower (his knee injury gave Ro the stage at Bama), Moseley, Ryans, Foster/Anderson.

He is on part with Upshaw.

No. Rolando was the best LB we've had under Saban.

And I say that as someone that has very little respect for him as a person.

I'm not trying to jump on him b/c he is a former bama player, but is he bipolar? Has he been diagnosed with depression or any other mental illness?

Since you mentioned it, this is what his mother supposedly has. Mental illness is genetic, so he may be. Would certainly explain(not excuse) some of his actions.

CTE?

He reminds me of the Terrell Owens of linebackers, talent wise.

I grew up playing sports against him. He has all the respect in the world when talking to elders, but was a thug when it came to his personal life. He was never not in trouble during high school and was even under house arrest at one point after putting a kid in the ICU. Surprisingly, it was like you could see deep down inside that there could be a good person in him, but he could never escape the things that caused him pain and trouble. Every time he comes back to Decatur/Hartselle he's back to the same influences that messed him up to begin with. He's needs a very strict and uniform environment to succeed, and unfortunately you don't have that in the real world outside of college football. And I think there may be more to him like a mental problem, but that's just speculation. Hard to root for guys who constantly blow their opportunities, but I hope one day he gets the help/environment he needs before he's dead way too early.
