I think he's still on the Raiders' practice squad. Regardless, he was said to be in New Orleans this past weekend with Robbie Green.

I liked Robbie personally. He seemed to be a good player with some great prospect for the future. If he screwed up so be it. I am always excited to see what new openings can create. He would of been a potential starter for sure and has more game experience than the others looking to fill that spot. Not a good loss to have but that is how things go.

**** Saban statement on Green ****

"There is a situation with Robby and we are currently in the process of determining the facts. To make any kind of announcement on his playing status at this time is completely premature and it is not appropriate to do so until we have a chance to get go through due process for Robby and his family. If there is a change in his current status, we will make an announcement once a final determination is made."

Dont think Saban will ever say what he did and it really isnt anyone's business but I get the feeling he is gone. If Keenan ALlen had stuck with his commitment to Bama that would have been nice.

DJ used to live across the street from me. Let's just say his house smelled like a Cypress hill concert.

All day.
The question is WTF was robbie green doing with him. They were never even on the roster together, & hall is from FL I believe.

Where is DJ living? I am sure he is around he program to some degree being a former player. Former players interacting with current ones happens everywhere.

Of course. I just thought with saban's feelings toward Hall + Hall in Oakland = stay the frick away from current players. I know there is only so much CNS can do. Maybe RG was just a bad seed.

You had to get a little closer to smell the other stuff DJ had in large quantities. Having a rolled up 20 helped too.

Yeah, the Keenan Allen decommitment really hurts now. With this suspension, he could have started from day one. The depth at FS is really lacking while we're really deep at SS. Saban might be best served moving Barron over to FS and starting Woodson next year.
