I'm not sure Aggie has any room to talk about holding coaches accountable.

Mizzou would be better - especially if he turned around and won the east next year.

McGarrity talks like he's light in the loafers. Good grief. Uga would be best keeping him away from the cameras. Can't believe they are making him do this presser with the AD as well. Wtf. Richt will coach again somewhere.

The dude lost 3 (almost 4) games.

Alabama and Florida are top 10 (11) teams. Going into Knoxville and getting a win is not a walk in the park.

The only shite show was Georgia Southern, but something tells me that Richt was already dismissed and that game was mailed in.
I'm not gonna say he deserved to be fired, but he hasn't won the SEC in 10 years when the East has been handed to him after 2009... He was 14-23 against ranked teams since 2008. There's arguments both ways.

What the frick is this shite? The man is fired and now he has to sit through a conference with the man who fired him explaining why he fired him??? What the hell Georgia?

McGarity said he wanted to keep that between him and Richt. Nothing of that nature was discussed.

In fact, McGarity hardly answered any questions. I have no idea why he was even there.

Meh, Houston Nutt had to endure this type of press conference TWICE, first when we fired him and then again after Ole Miss fired him.

That was really odd, and awkward.

Not even LSU was that stupid.

Uh....you mean the same LSU that dragged Les around behind the hearse for two weeks, then decided to let him back in the cab?

Georgia Southern is probably almost as good as Georgia this season.

It was only perceived as a shite show.

UGA did Richt wrong in that press conference.

Totally a bush league move on UGA's part IMHO after watching it play out.

I felt bad for Richt ... but he handled it with total class.

have you listened to Richt's sound bites from today?

Dude has been a class act all the way, and will be, until he's gone.

Mizzou is still trying to find it's arse, while the (ex)HC cleans out his office and continues his moronic speil about "doin tuh right thing, that's what I do"..

Rhoades hoping he can salvage that disgrace, that he may have no small hand in creating if he backed idiot pinkel at all in the fiasco that Gary is leaving behind.

He sounds to me like he wants the OC job at LSU or at Alabama if Kiffin leaves. I would take him at Alabama.

could have been worse, they could have announced before the Tech game, "he's still our coach, for now"..

at least he's been treated better than Les Miles.

Most classless program in the SEC.

Of the 3 embarrassment's on the last month (Missouri, LSU, and Georgia), LSU's coaching debacle is the worst from a sports perspective.
