It's not like UGA doesn't have the talent. UF is in their heads. It's a mental thing.

i doubt you'll find a UGA fan who disagrees with that. 2007 we won because richt actually did a damn good job of motivation. he got them lose. they tighten up like no other there. idk how we fix that other than win but how do you win without fixing it eh?

You cannot just win 1 game every 4 years or so. You have to win it a few times in a row to get the swagger back in the rivalry. I think Richt is loose all year, and then the week of UF he tightens up. It probably has an affect on the team. Think about it, that's certainly plausible.

i do think it is. its the whole school. our fans are uneasy. the players are uneasy. our media is uneasy. for sure the staff is. the athletic department is in their ear too.

i mean shite the only people who don't seem to get it is ESPN. they say "hell, there is no way UF keeps this up. clearly UGA should win, and they will."

thats your first mistake ESPN. this is georgia football. just because it makes sense doesn't mean it happens. seriously, UF could go out there with vandy in orange and blue and we'd find a way to shite the bed

Richt had built up a reputation that could go toe to toe with any other coach in this nation by 2008, but 2009 and 2010 have done severe damage to that foundation. He's done, can't blame assistants anymore.
