It was around the same time that LSU fans were confident about making the CFP, winning a Heisman, and defending Miles as one of their own

Doesn't matter who they have with Johnny Jones roaming the sideline unless they get a very very lucky draw or situation in the tourney. His ceiling is Stan Heath/Jerry Green.

No kidding. Can LSU football and basketball share the same dumpster or do they need separate dumpsters?

LSU finds a way to hype themselves up beyond even what the Aggies are capable of. I've got to hand it to them, I'm impressed.

I wonder if it's a result of living in Louisiana and having nothing else going for them other than college sports.

Are they ready to fire their "basketball coach" yet?

Jones is terrible. The offense is a few high picks and isos. The one thing I've noticed about every team at LSU Jones has coached so far is sloppiness and poor decision making. Bad shot selection, forcing the ball up the floor recklessly, over aggressive passing, etc.

How many times I've seen these teams get a nice turnover only to piss it away by going 100 miles per hour up the floor with reckless abandon to force a layup whether it's open or not.

Maybe I'm being too harsh and Victor will significantly alter this team's composition, but right now this LSU team is going to struggle mightily. No inside presence to speak of whatsoever. Absolutely worthless inside. Scoring, defending, rebounding, everything. Our inside play is nonexistent.

Lolzzzzz this is cute. What people fail to mention is we are missing our Senior leader SG who averaged 14 last year, and our transfer center from Zona that will completely change the way we play, because let's face it, our low post game is piss poor right now. Or freshmen stud shooting guards can score, but their defense is lacking. Hornsby has that bulldog approach and will bring serious toughness to the court

I challenge any team that is missing 40% of their starting lineup to look good and crisp. By SEC play we'll be clicking
