Record low turnout for Gator Bowl?

I’ve never seen so few people at this bowl game. Bad weather or something?

Upper deck is completely empty. Looks like a highschool state championship game being played at a college or pro stadium.

Where are all the Corp of Cadet Grads? You have Ft Stewart, Mayport, NAS Jacksonville, McDill, Robbins, Elgin , NAS Pensacola and even FT Benning within driving distance.
