Complete lack of respect for the western and eastern divisions' offseason champs.

I'd totally throw some money at Missouri for bargain basement priced odds

That's what the gambling-types call a "sucker bet."

I dunno +2200 seems somewhat respectful for LSU considering how they ended last year.

Florida St +2800

ACC schedule plus great recruiting last few years makes this an appealing bet with these odds. I guess they are really low because of the QB situation? Still, playing in the ACC, they have some leeway to get that figured out and still make it to the playoffs.

they're low because the only legit team that played them last year beat them to a pulp.

Winston was overrated. FSU has a great chance to make the playoff again but they will lose once there.

I get that, but this part:

would make them worth a flier at those odds in my opinion. Once you get there, who knows what could happen in a couple of games. Could catch some breaks.

LSU a wee bit too high.
Florida too high.
Notre Dame a mile too high.
Georgia too high.

Texas is a joke. They're basically saying Texas is twice almost twice as likely to win a title as Missouri.

So you think all of those teams are more likely to win the title than the experts? Interesting.

I wonder what record LSU finished with in 2002

No. I'm saying too high on the list, not too high with reference to the odds.

Come on now...no one ever thinks Notre Dame is more likely to win than the "experts"

There was something a little different about that 2003 LSU team, though.

They were able to cut the boat anchor of DC last year.
