Taylor grocery while a little out of Oxford is one of the best places I've ever been. The catfish is definitely the best I've ever had. The gumbo was good as well. But the atmosphere is great too. You can "tailgate" in the parking lot because they don't Serve alcohol but it's well worth the wait. Volta was good as well, it's a Greek place.
Taylor grocery is also only open Thursday-Sunday 5-10pm.
