To win in the SECRET you must have depth. Hence the big 6 and why very few get in championship. He had talent but no depth. At LSU he will have it all so time will tell.

bullshite indeed. We were ecstatic when Nutt was hired. Students rushed to the Gertrude-Ford Auditorium and packed in like sardines. I made it in, but a couple of my friends were kicked out due to over capacity. Then we travel to Arkansas where OM fans cheered "HOUSTON NUTT, HOUSTON NUTT" over and over. Arkansas fans countered with "BOBBY, BOBBY". Must have been before you were of age, but we were definitely excited to finally have a proven SEC head coach.

I swear you pigs and rebs are like Cowboys fans. You live in the past. The shite was a decade ago. Since then, he has had 2 very successful interim jobs. During the LSU stint, he bent you guys over with no lube. How did it feel?

You act like the talent is just going to vanish. You act like this exact thing wasn't said when Miles was first hired. "Dur thats Sabans recruits, dur". It worked out pretty well for him.

Have you kept up with recruiting and the coaching hires? Sure, we have lost some recruits which was to be expected, but with the coaching changes, we are still going to end up with a top 4 recruiting class.

We also have 2 top tier coordinators. We will surprise some people next year.

Is this a joke? The LSU fanbase had a meltdown when Orgeron was hired. It was an absolutely terrible hire. Are you just misinformed or just trolling?

No, you're opinion is a joke, UATattoo Thing.
Of the over 1,000,000 LSU alumni and fans across the globe, there are going to some that did not want Orgeron, just like there are some who did not want Saban, Miles, etc.
To spout off the top of your a-hole that "The LSU fanbase had a meltdown" is truly and monumentally sad.
You'd fail miserably at demographic random sampling.
To proclaim that an entire fan base thinks exactly the same is bordering on mental disorder, which most of you Skoal Drool things have in abundance.

And before some dumbass says "He was at Ole Miss. Nobody can win there", the guy had multiple pro bowlers, first round draft picks and first team All-Americans ON THE SAME TEAM!

For example. His teams in 2006 and 2007 that went a combined 7-17 (2-14 in the SEC) had the following players.

Patrick Willis
Greg Hardy
Mike Wallace
Michael Oher
Peria Jerry (First team all-american and first round draft pick)
Dexter Mccluster
Benjarvus Green-Ellis
John Jerry (current starting offensive lineman for the Giants)
Jamarca Sanford (Currently with the Saints)

But idiots would have you believe he couldn't recruit talent to Ole Miss and didn't have any good players.

ouch, what a shite coach.

Meanwhile, our "retread" took over a program in disarray and led them to a #14 final ranking and is putting together a Top 5 recruiting class while "fatass" led the piggies to the 4th consecutive season of not being ranked.

38-10? Hah,.....let's talk about 56-3

Orgeron has the resources at LSU to win. Ole Miss didn't have shite

Tommy Tubberville and David Cutcliffe didn't have problems doing a shite ton better than Orgeron at Ole Miss with the same or fewer resources than Orgeron had. Obviously Ole Miss doesn't have the same resources as LSU, but that has nothing to do with why Orgeron was such an abysmal failure there

At the end of the day, a few great players on a mediocre roster aren't going to make a difference. Good teams will attack your weaknesses. Go look at what Curley Hallman accomplished with these players:

Todd Kinchen (2X All-SEC, 7 years in the NFL)
Kevine Mawae (8X Pro Bowler, 16 years in NFL, Future HOF)
David LaFleur (2X All SEC, 1st round pick)
Gabe Northern (2X All SEC, 5 years in the NFL)
Eddie Kennison (1st round pick, 13 years in NFL)
Chuck Wiley (2X All SEC, 7 years in NFL)
Alan Faneca (Al-American, 9X Pro Bowler, 13 years in NFL, Future HOF)

"You live in the past"

LSU fans don't? It's not 2011 anymore. LSU hasn't sniffed a playoff since only putting up 92 total yards of offense in a NC game yet y'all continue to spout off like you're Bama.

Only thing worse must be losing to Orgeron, on senior night. While giving up 286 yards to a backup running back. In prime time. At home.

Obviously, no one knows how much of an epic fail Ed Orgeron can be as a head coach better than Ole Miss fans. So, does seeing the ecstaticism of the LSU fans over his employment in Baton Rouge remind you at all of how you all reacted to the Houston Nutt hiring? Nutt, like Orgeron, was an SEC retread who was despised by the first group of fans that had seen his shittiness first hand. Ole Miss fans, like LSU fans, were thrilled at the hiring of the retread despite the first fan base laughing at them. Just curious. FWIW, despite some differences, the situation does remind me of how elated Arkansas fans were with fatass despite not a single Wisconsin fan being sad to see him go. They have been better since he left and that is under two different coaches. For reference, here is an article from 2012 that has very few inaccuracies:

Why the frick are you even concerned about anything going on at LSU? You need to be worrying about those sorry arse Razorfags. Nobody gives a shite about you or your opinion
