Reasons why Kevin Sumlin will take the Purdue job

1. He's scared in the SEC. So far he's hid it well. But he's scared. It's like Kramer riding on fumes in that Seinfeld episode. Rumlin knows he's overdue.

2. Since he's scared and wants out, he can use Purdue as a great excuse, it being his alma mater. He will have no pressure, and Purdue will be like, "Look! We hired another black guy! We're not racists!"

3. Sumlin doesn't need money. He seems like normal people, and normal people are happy if they're already multi millionaires. What's the point? Purdue will pay him well anyway.

4. He can have ZERO pressure and bank on the improvements Darrell Hazzel already made. Take credit for everything. He could go 7-5 and get hired by an NFL team.
