Wow. That 34-7 must still be burning like the Fire of the Lord.

Sweet.

For those of you who have been denied by UGA, here is a post for you and a chance to comment.

Unfortunately, we were not able to admit a number of strong applicants, as we are limited in the size of our freshman class. We know that you have a number of other strong college options, and I suggest you focus not on a denial from UGA, but on the other great opportunities that are ahead. As well, if your ultimate goal is to graduate from Georgia, then I would suggest you look at transfer opportunities down the road. But for now, focus on your current college options, find the one that fits you best, and have a great freshman year there. I would also suggest you go to our Denied Student FAQ if you have questions.

Couple that with the fact that Georgia Tech is still having to carry the load of having the most recent national football title in Georgia, the struggle is real.

At what point does a 25 year old title shared with Colorado seem just as stale as a 35 year old title that only fans from rivals schools seem to always bring up?

Why is it only ever Auburn fans that feel the need to bring up the two Georgia schools and their respective title years? Is it because Alabama doesn't want y'all and neither does Georgia? Are you feeling inadequate? I bet you are. Daddy Bama doesn't love you and Momma Jawja wishes you would just die already. That sucks.

Tech played in the Citrus Bowl in 1990.

Colorado played in the Orange Bowl.

Tech won a defacto title via the UPI while Colorado won the AP.

Wikipedia isn't that hard, folks.

A 35 year old title will always be more stale than a 25 year old title. I'm basing this off the famous math theorem: 35>25

And it will keep getting brought up until you win another one. Sorry, its the way of the rant. Did you know UT hasn't won the SEC OR a natty since '98, or hadnt had a winning season until this year since 2009? I had no idea until so many helpful rivals fans pointed that out to me

Is there an observable difference between 25 and 35 year old bread? Stale is stale

Well, I mean, c'mon man. Have you seen Tennessee lately? Someone needs to let someone know. That shite is 17 years old and downright foul smelling.

It's ok, Jesus, I just don't want to give anyone the impression that I should have a 17 year old foul smelling daughter running around. That would be awful.
