I used AP ranking, and Boise finished #15 in 2002. If you look at their schedule, you will understand why. They probably didn't beat anyone, much less play anyone, that was ranked in the top 50.

Not really a big deal...almost all realistic lsu fans knew that LSU wasn't going to win the world series with the bats they had...it's not like LSU never gets there ya know.....we are usually very realistic fans about baseball...pretty much the difference between LSU and Arky fans...we have been there, done that, and know the limitations of a team....arkansas fans thought they were going to win in all with their poor bats.

Arkansas fans don't give a shite. Neither do most LSU fans. Arkansas State fans on the other hand...

My stats were for the past 10 years (which I said) and regular season only (which I also said, since the issue brought up was SCHEDULING) . The only one missing was the ranking for Arizona State and Virgina Tech, which ESPN did not list as ranked on your schedule. Got a problem with that? Take it up with ESPN.

LMMFAO at two things:
One, you are using some concave computer rankings to prove a point, whereas I used the AP. Not sure if we have a credibility issue here...lol......kind of like the national championship you guys claim...wasn't awarded by any major media outlet (AP, UPI, etc)...yet you guys claim it.....
Secondly, you are arguing over BOISE STATE before they became a decent club....check out their schedules in 2000 and 2002......and again, we are talking about BOISE STATE 12 years ago....lol

Not just us, most list Arkansas with a National Title in football. In fact, when Petrino was fired, the ESPN coverage was pumping up Arkansas as a job, and listed the national title.

The extra two years did not make that much of a difference. Arizona State was ranked at the time by the AP.......not sure where they finished the year. LSU was 5-1, you were 3-4, with wins over Boise, Texas, and Texas A&M. I went back to the beginning of the century....which is where I post all my stats from...you went back to where Arky had a win over boise state in 2002. During that period of time that you mentioned, LSU played 11 BCS Schools OOC in the regular season...going 10-1....Arky played 7, going 3-4.
