I think it makes Graham look even douchier than he already is. Les looked alright with it, but even he knew it wasn't his best look. Gus, as good of a guy as he is, has a bit of an ego (like all coaches) and I could see him trying to be different. He knows that camera is on him for this "boom" fist pumps. I could see him wanting a smaller headset for those camera shots.
