If Muschamp leaves for a small D-1 to try and start HCing again, I hope Auburn throws everything they have at Pruitt. I think he's 1-B with Muschamp. I don't get the hype with Chavis...good DC but I think LSU fans are right about him.

You can make a case that Pruitt should be the 1-A in that equation-- remember Muschamp has had elite talent to work with at every stop and still has 1 or 2 games a season where his defenses aren't just bad they're horrible- hell you could argue that Pruitt did a significantly better job than Muschamp did last season and in 2013 as well.

Lol at all the UF fans thinking they got some kind of steal with Collins. Have fun with that.

frickING LOL. How is Randy Shannon not on this list? He had a top 10 defense at Miami as DC 5 out of 6 years.

FWIW. This guy was fop 4 on my list of guys I wanted after Chavis figured out couldn't keep getting overpaid at LSU. I'm surprised he's just a co-dc.

Rebs played the strongest schedule in the country according to winning percentage and LED THE NATION IN SCORING DEFENSE. as far as people running it down their throats at will...who did? LSU is the ONLY team that had greater than 3.5 yards per rush against the Rebels. Not having Wommack on this list is comical.

Not really impressed with the job Shannon did at Arkansas. He wasn't the DC of course, but I don't think anyone was that sad to see him go.

Might be wrong of course

Not even close to accurate.
